Front Office Manager

• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
• Maintain attendance reports of office staff,
• As an office in- charge manage administrative activities
• Coordination with team
• Visiting clients place for installation of the devices with the help of technical team
• Handling office Admin Work
• Maintain Filing of necessary documents
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
• Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail
• Oversee the guest and ensure a personal, friendly experience for them coming into the office,
• Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
• Creating presentations and other reports.
• Manage office expense, vendor management, preparing expense voucher
• Handling inward and outward mails, couriers

The Candidate should :

• Candidate with 5- 6 yrs of experience in managing office activities
• Good communication and writing skills
• Have experience in handling a wide variety of work

• Be comfortable with written English

• Open to travel within Delhi NCR for office work
• Should have own vehicle
• Candidate residing in Gurgaon will be an added advantage
