Position : Global IT Service Desk Executive
Experience in working as a technical service desk engineer in a process led organization
Good communication skills and ability to converse fluently in English and Hindi
Ability to interact with end users on phone and email
Experience of working with an industry leading ITSM tool
Hands on experience in providing remote support for user login issues, desktop/ laptop issues, Windows OS issues, printers, scanners and other peripherals
Hands on experience in troubleshooting Windows OS, Office applications and other end user applications
Working knowledge of ITIL processes
Diploma/ BA/ BS/ BE full time degree in computer science, computer engineering, electronics or related field
Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, Linux or Networking technologies (optional)
Qualifications · BCA, B-Tech in Computer science or IT or equivalent
· Expert in MS Excel, MPP ,PowerPoint presentations
· Diploma in Computer Science
