Responsibilities:

Install and set up mining rigs according to specifications and industry best practices.
Monitor the performance of mining rigs and adjust settings to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing components to ensure the longevity of mining rigs.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues that may impact the mining operation.
Manage and monitor power consumption to ensure cost-effective operation.
Stay updated with the latest developments in the crypto mining industry and implement best practices.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements to the mining operation.
Document and maintain records of mining rig configurations, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
Preferred Candidate:

Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in crypto mining or related field.
Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency mining principles and industry trends.
Experience with mining rig setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
