Roles and Responsibilities
• Managing the sales & ensure profitability of the same
• Ensure business growth and sales volume
• Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing budget
• Conceptualizing / designing & implementing regional sales & marketing plans for accomplishment of assigned targets by establishing strong client/ dealer / Distributors/contractor / architect relationship
• Managing the entire sales & distribution network for the region
• Managing dealer and distributor network
• Expansion of the dealer & distribution network
• Brand promotion activities to increase the brand visibility in the region
• Ensuring price & credit control
• Develop & recruit a strong technically qualified sales force across the region
• Optimum utilization of resources & cost management
• Initiating ATL and BTL activities and participating in the exhibition
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Industry: Building Materials
Candidate should be from the similar industry.
Candidates should have good contacts with the Architects, Interior Decorators, Contractors, Builders, and Distributors etc.
• Qualification: Candidate should be any graduate
• Experience: 1.5 years to 4 years
• Location: Mumbai
• Candidate serving 0-15 days’ notice period preferred
