Roles & Responsibilities

• •   Managing the sales & ensure profitability of the same
• •   Ensure business growth and sales volume
• •   Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing budget
• •   Conceptualizing / designing & implementing regional sales & marketing plans for    accomplishment of assigned targets by establishing strong client/ dealer / Distributors/contractor / architect relationship
• •    Managing the entire sales & distribution network for the region
• •    Managing dealer and distributor network
• •   Expansion of the dealer & distribution network
• •   Brand promotion activities to increase the brand visibility in the region
• •   Ensuring price & credit control
• •   Develop & recruit a strong technically qualified sales force across the region
• •   Optimum utilization of resources & cost management
• •   Initiating ATL and BTL activities and participating in the exhibition
• Desired Candidate Profile: 
• •   Industry: Building Materials
•      Candidate should be from the similar industry.
•     Candidates should have good contacts with the Architects, Interior Decorators, Contractors, Builders, and Distributors etc.
• •   Qualification: Candidate should be any graduate 
• •  

Experience

• 5 years to 4 years
• •   Location: Mumbai
• •   Candidate serving 0-15 days’ notice period preferred
