Education Qualification: B.tech (civil)/Dip(civil)

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as a site supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Site

• Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.

• Visiting prospective clients at location to understand their need and site dimension.

• To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others

• Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance

• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion

• Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries

• Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.

• Candidate should be good at multi-tasking and Pleasant personality.

• Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

• Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to the final stage

Location: Open to relocate

Vehicle is mandatory

Salary Package: 30k-50k Negotiable; depending upon the interview
