Senior Architect Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and imaginative architect interior designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects from concepts to completion. An interest in changing trends in design in detail is a must.

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITES:-

1. Candidate accomplished as a project head cum head interior designer with more than 10 years of experience in the field of commercial and residential projects from different filed of the hospitality sector.

2. Knowledge of placing a project layout with all detailed drawings plans & elevations (civil, furniture, plumbing, and electrical), and furniture details.

3. Knowledge to place a concept of a project.

4. Knowledge to present a proper estimate with all material specifications.

5. Knowledge of negotiating quotations with vendors.

6. Knowledge to handle the vendors directly in the project during execution.

7. Knowledge to execute the project with the team on time.

8. Handle the vendors individually discuss each factor negotiate the rate as per the budget required.

9. Supervise all projects coordinate with the team and give detailed schedules- bar charts of how to progress for each considered project.

10. Control the maintenance staff.

11. prepare a total layout with proper equipment set up and calculate the total load for the same.

12. Responsible for placing the proper fund requirement for all the total projects.

13. Responsible for making the choice for the material considering the budget.

14. Present presentation layout to finalize a project with all details and proper estimation.

15. Interact with the client and present the proper perspective drawings to get the client's approval.

16. To finalize each and every material to the client and place the best negotiated rate.

17. To handle all the vendors and suppliers directly.

18. To look after the design portion of all other projects.

19. Undertake design project from concept to completion.

20. Work closely with the designers decorators, architects, vendors, and contractors on sites as well.

REQUIREMENTS:-

1. Proven working experience in the decoration of interior spaces.

2. Expertise in layout, color, lighting materials, selection, custom furniture and all installation.

3. Hands-on experience with auto-cad and other design program

4. Having an excellent portfolio of previous works.

5. Attention to detail.

6. Artistic ability, vision, and creativity.

7. communication and presentation skills.

8. Bachelors/ diploma of architectural university.
