Shift: US Night Shift

Employment: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 + incentives

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused International Customer Service Representatives to support US clients.

Roles and responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for US insurance
Assist customers with policy-related queries, coverage details, and documentation
Provide clear, accurate and courteous support with a customer-first approach
Maintain accurate records and follow quality and compliance standards
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
0–1 year experience in an international voice process (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong customer service mindset with good problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in US night shifts
Basic computer knowledge and eagerness to learn
