• Providing support via email & chat through Intercom
• Expertise in tools like Tex AU, Crunchbase, <a href=http://apollo.io/ target=_self>Apollo.io</a>, <a href=http://factors.ai/ target=_self>Factors.ai</a>, Happier Leads, Mailchimp, <a href=http://encharge.io/ target=_self>Encharge.io</a>, Canva &amp; social media platforms for targeting valid audiences
• Monitoring &amp; tracking customer activities using HubSpot, Close CRM, Capsule CRM
• Running campaigns across multiple platforms &amp; channels (inbound &amp; outbound)
• Backup data management through Excel &amp; CRM
• Excellent customer relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to company culture and lead teams
