Required Skills:
*Lead generation from website visitors & startup events
*Providing support via email & chat through Intercom
*Expertise in tools like Tex AU, Crunchbase, Apollo.io, Factors.ai, Happier Leads, Mailchimp, Encharge.io, Canva & social media platforms for targeting valid audiences
*Monitoring & tracking customer activities using HubSpot, Close CRM, Capsule CRM
*Running campaigns across multiple platforms & channels (inbound & outbound)
*Backup data management through Excel & CRM
*Excellent customer relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
*Ability to adapt to company culture and lead teams
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Address sales-related issues promptly
*Hire, onboard & train new sales team members
*Drive growth in assigned markets & clients
*Represent the company at events & conferences
*Track & analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
*Achieve monthly sales targets & report to senior board members
