Business Development Executive

TRIPAY is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by acquiring new merchants, promoting digital payment solutions, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and a willingness to travel for field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Visit merchants and onboard them for TRIPAY payment solutions.
• Promote and sell QR code, UPI, POS, and other digital payment products.
• Achieve monthly sales and activation targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Coordinate with onboarding and operations teams for smooth merchant activation.
• Prepare daily activity reports and update CRM regularly.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business areas.
• Resolve merchant queries and provide after-sales support.
• Eligibility
• Any Graduate.
• 0–2 years of

Experience

• in Sales or Business Development (Freshers can apply).
• Knowledge of digital payments, UPI, QR, and fintech products is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
