Software Engineer - Java

Job title: Software Engineer - Java Your role: Working knowledge and hands-on with Database management such as SQL and contemporary technologies at their backend Experience in Unit Testing and TDD practices. Usage of Junit/Mockito kind of test frameworks Able to fix the occurring bugs and iteratively improve the app, include newer features, and keep the app up to date with all the Android updates/ libraries that will be released. Have an eye for new upcoming technologies and be able to evaluate and implement the same to enhance development efficiency. Good communication and documentation skills. Self-starter, quick learner, ability to work with teams. Proactive and self-driven, possesses due sense of urgency. Ability to stay focused on the target to deliver in agile manner. Openness to collaborate in interest of project/organization. Shall be very good technically; good problem solving abilities. Working with multisite teams, Quality conscious and Process & customer Oriented. Technical Fitment: 2-4 years of experience on developing applications using Java programming language Strong knowledge on Core Java Concepts, Concurrent Programming, API Development Development experience on micro-services using Java Spring boot is a plus Knowlege and experience on Containerization techniques for applications (Dockerizing) is a plus Knowledge of API Life cycle and serialization techniques like REST, JSON Experience of working with version control, bug tracking, continuous integration and other productivity enhancement software like TFS, Jira etc. Experience in developing cloud native Java applications.
