Channel Sales Executive (software)

We are looking to recruit a young, energetic and charismatic Sales executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and executing various You need to be professional, respect time and punctuality and be comfortable working under minimal supervision. Responsibilities for Sales Executive

● Reaching or exceeding your sales goals.

● Consistently increasing and expanding your knowledge of the industry and sales process.

● Taking leads that come to you by phone, email, and/or live chat, often multiple contacts at the same time.

● Primarily inbound and outbound contacts with follow ups from previous contacts.

● Tracking all contacts with detailed information for future follow ups

● Help new customers pick the plan that works best for their website.

● Help upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements.

● Ability to handle multiple processes at one time.

● Be able to work with others in a team environment.

● Must have excellent written and spoken English, you will be on the phone as well as live chat with customers.

● Must be able to multi-task

● Must be able to work under stress and pressure.

Job Requirements:

● Need to collect Data for App development, Web designing companies etc.

● Responsible for making outbound calls and generate leads from that data which you have collected the data

● Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.

● Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer databases.

● Maintain records of telephonic interactions and orders.

● Send proposals and follow up. Follow up on initial contacts.

● Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English and Hindi

● Excellent listening skills: Should be able to understand customer’s requirement and articulate in own words. Should have good convincing skills.

● Basic computer knowledge.

● Any graduate, PUC, SSLC
