📍 Location: Bangalore (Devanahalli) 
💰 Salary Range: ₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA
 👤 Reporting to: Head Sales – Senior Living
🌟 About the Role
We are looking for motivated Sales Executives with a strong real estate background to join our Senior Living Sales & Marketing team. You’ll play a key role in helping seniors and their families discover communities where they feel safe, supported, and engaged.

🎯 What You’ll Do
Prospect and engage with potential residents and families.
Conduct community tours and deliver impactful presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

✅ What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
Fluency in Kannada & Tamil (additional southern languages are a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of the senior living industry is an advantage.
