Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate marketing, lead generation, performance marketing, paid media, SEO, social media, content strategy, and marketing analytics.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that generate qualified leads, improve brand visibility, drive property enquiries and site visits, and contribute directly to sales growth.

key responsibilites:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
• Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube campaigns.
• Generate quality leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve leads, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
• Manage social media pages and create engaging content for real estate projects.
• Coordinate with creative, sales, and external marketing agencies.
• Manage website content, landing pages, and basic SEO activities.
• Track and analyze digital marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Support digital campaigns for new project launches, events, and property promotions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Good knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with Google Analytics/GA4 and CRM platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work with sales, creative, and marketing teams.
