Job Overview

Seeking a Senior System Administrator with 5+ years of multi-site hospitality IT

Experience

• to own end-to-end infrastructure across all
• outlets covering POS/PMS systems, cloud telephony, network security, SQL databases, Dignitary, Cosec Biometrics, Tally vendor

• DUTIES AND

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure for multiple restaurant outlets
• • Manage POS, PMS, IPTV, cloud telephony & EDC
• systems
• Administer SQL databases & cross-site POS
• configurations
• Lead vendor negotiations, SLAS & IT procurement
• • Manage Disaster Recovery processes & daily backups
• • Perform Root Cause Analysis on infrastructure incidents
• • Produce daily/weekly/monthly IT reports for

• • Ensure IT Audit compliance per Standard Operating
• Procedures
• • Architect & maintain VPN/firewall-secured WAN/LAN
