Job Description: Pardot Salesforce Specialist
About the role:
We are seeking for an experienced, enthusiastic, passionate, tech loving marketing professional to join the PREMO marketing team as a Pardot Salesforce Specialist. In this role you will lead Pardot full implementations across the entire project lifecycle and will be responsible for driving prospects into the sales funnel and on to the sales team by deploying and managing various automated marketing campaigns using Pardot and analyze results to achieve higher conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Execute the complete Pardot configuration, implementation, and data migration (from Active Campaign marketing automation tool).
- Integrations and co-ordination with Salesforce CRM for enabling data flow between both the platforms.
- Create user personas and segmentation rules to create compelling content strategies and customer journeys.
- Design, implementation, and monitoring for automated marketing campaigns within Pardot across email and web and advise on how to optimize further.
- Optimize the lead scoring model and manage the process to increase success of lead quality and volume.
- Create KPI oriented Pardot dashboard, to monitor and analyze campaigns activity, providing proposals for getting higher conversions.
- Conduct other Pardot users training.
- Create new configurations in Salesforce CRM according to the company needs.
Required Qualifications and Background
Required:
- 2+ years of Salesforce CRM experience
- 2+ years of Salesforce Pardot experience
- Experience with mapping and implementing marketing campaigns with Pardot or other marketing automation platforms, such as, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, or Hubspot.
Desirable:
- Certified Pardot Specialist/ Certified Pardot Consultant
- Familiar with Pardot lead qualification process (grading & scoring).
- Experience in reporting and analyzing campaign activity using Pardot reports, and able to make proposals to increase conversions.
- Familiarity with non-native Pardot integrations (e.g. Zapier)
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Social Media marketing.
