• In this role, you will support business development, operations, and coordination activities while working closely with the team to drive growth in the

• sector. You will communicate with prospects, generate leads, and assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

• Identify and generate leads in the

• Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients and partners
• Communicate with leads and prospects to introduce company services and programs
• Support the team in converting leads into business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, institutes, and strategic partners
• Support day-to-day business operations across sales, marketing, and project teams
• Maintain and update lead records, reports, and operational dashboards
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities
• Assist in promoting

• programs, partnerships, and training initiatives
• Finance & Accounts
• Assist in managing basic finance-related activities
• Support preparation of invoices and payment tracking
• Assist in tracking receivables and payments
• Maintain financial documentation and operational records
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Willingness to communicate with leads and prospects
• Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
• Interest in sales, marketing, business development, and operations
• Strong networking and persuasion skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of business operations or finance is an advantage
• Students or recent graduates can apply

• ₹5,000 - ₹8,000per month (Fixed) + Performance-based Incentives
• After 12 Months (Conversion Opportunity)
