Roles & Responsibilities (Front of the House)

Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu, including specials and beverage offerings,

Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome and greet guests as they enter, present the menu, and show

increase sales. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Adhere to health and safety guidelines for food handling
and service, maintaining a clean and tidy appearance.
Serving Food and Drinks: Deliver ordered items to the tables, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
Customer Service: Provide attentive and friendly service, check in with diners to ensure satisfaction,
and address any concerns or special requests.
• Table Maintenance: Clear empty plates and glasses, reset tables for the next guests, and ensure a
clean and organized dining area.
• Billing and Payments: Present the check, process payments accurately, and return change or
receipts to guests.
