- Prepare and cook Neapolitan Pizza using traditional techniques and modern equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomato conflicts, bell peppers sauté, mushrooms, caramelized onions, meats etc.
- Should be known to use multiple types of ovens like gas operated, convection, and monitoring the temperature of same as well as cooking times.
- Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company standard recipes.
- Monitoring inventory and coordinating with the head chef for ordering supplies.
- Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation and after it and also sanitization of equipment after every use.
- Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift and tracking them in the specific registers.
- Administration work on company software to make food cost control and other reports.
