Job Description:

As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, itineraries, and services to potential clients. Your role is crucial in driving revenue growth for the company by building strong client relationships and providing tailored travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients interested in travel services. Present and sell travel packages, tours, and services to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering post-sale support.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel destinations, trends, and offerings. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various travel packages and services to effectively advise clients.
  • Customized Itinerary Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget. Create personalized travel itineraries that exceed client expectations.
  • Booking and Reservations: Efficiently handle travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities. Ensure accuracy, and provide clients with all necessary information.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services, such as travel insurance, airport transfers, or special experiences, to enhance the client's trip.
  • Targets and Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive pricing strategies. Monitor industry trends and competitors' offerings.
  • Travel Regulations: Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and COVID-19 related travel guidelines to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of various travel destinations.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and travel booking systems.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Experience : 1 - 2yrs of experience working in Travel Industry

Language - English, Kannada, Hindi
