Role: Skills Trainer
We are looking for a female Skills Trainer to deliver integrated training and support our center operations at Pune (Bund Garden).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom training on:

  • English Grammar & Spoken English

  • MS Office & Digital Literacy

  • Basic Mathematics & Aptitude

  • Soft Skills & Work Readiness
    (Training material will be provided)

• Develop and follow a structured training calendar.

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations.

• Provide post-placement support and counselling to aspirants.

• Coordinate guest lectures, industry visits, and exposure sessions.

• Support aspirants at the workplace post-placement for a brief period.

• Assist with center operations and other administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Female only

• Experience: 1–2 years in training, teaching, or facilitation

• Strong communication skills in English and local language

• Passionate about social impact and youth empowerment

• Proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools
