Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and address any concerns.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation.
• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
• Manage and route incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
• Provide accurate information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
• Handle and resolve customer queries, redirecting complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Skill Set :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling and receptionist roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Preferably someone with experience in the IT services sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and computer systems.
