Job Description - Customer Onboarding Executive

Position: Customer Advisor

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct activities over the phone, focusing on customer onboarding and lead generation.
2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions using our company's products and services.
3. Gather essential information from clients and maintain positive relationships with them.
4. Keep a comprehensive record of all customer interactions and activities.
5. Strive to achieve and surpass the targets set by the organization.
6. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
7. Require a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or Tele Calling.

Note:

• Salary: Competitive, as per Market Standards, up to 25k, with performance-based incentives.
