Job Title: Telecaller 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our healthcare team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their healthcare needs, and efficiently book appointments with our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to individuals interested in healthcare services, providing information and promoting our healthcare offerings.

Appointment Scheduling: Effectively schedule appointments for healthcare consultations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.

Customer Interaction: Build rapport with prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointment details, and any relevant information in the CRM system.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments, provide additional information, and address any post-scheduling queries.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless appointment scheduling processes.

Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate healthcare-related information clearly and concisely.

Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to empathize and address customer needs effectively.

Organization: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple appointments and client interactions simultaneously.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different client personalities and handle varied situations professionally.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with team members and other departments.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills for efficient data entry.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a telecaller role, preferably in the healthcare or related industry. (FRESHERS ALSO WELCOME)
Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; additional healthcare-related certifications are a plus.
