Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotions, address queries, and secure appointments or sales.

Responsibilities:

Make cold calls to potential customers.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our products/services.
Contact existing customers for feedback, promotions, or upselling opportunities.
Present the company’s products or services clearly and persuasively.
Understand needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle objections and answer queries effectively.
Generate and maintain a database of leads through proactive outreach.
Convert potential leads into customers.
Record customer information, interactions, and feedback accurately in the system.
Maintain call logs and share daily/weekly reports with the supervisor.
Follow up with pending decisions or additional information.
Maintain a polite and professional tone during follow-ups.
Share insights and customer feedback for service/product improvements.

Requirements:

Office-based work.
Female candidates can apply.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Fluency in the required language(s).
Basic computer and software skills.
Persuasive and able to handle rejections gracefully.
Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure, patience and problem-solving attitude.
