Responsibilities of candidates include: . Debt Recovery Telecaller • Inform customers about their Pending Dues of the Credit Cards and request to clear the payment Immediately Similar field experience will be given preference • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner • Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible • Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
