Job Description: The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, providing information about our products/services, answering inquiries, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Company’s products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Customer Engagement:
- Answer inbound calls from customers, providing information and addressing inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team as needed.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, features, and benefits.
- Communicate product information effectively to customers.
- Data Management:
- Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Update and manage the database of current and potential customers.
- Customer Feedback:
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer handling and solving grievance
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices.
