Job DescriptionJob Description

Job Description: The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, providing information about our products/services, answering inquiries, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Outreach:
    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Company’s products/services.
    • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
  2. Customer Engagement:
    • Answer inbound calls from customers, providing information and addressing inquiries.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
  3. Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria.
    • Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team as needed.
  4. Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, features, and benefits.
    • Communicate product information effectively to customers.
  5. Data Management:
    • Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
    • Update and manage the database of current and potential customers.
  6. Customer Feedback:
    • Collect customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer handling and solving grievance
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices.
