Position: Tele Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description

Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our range of cattle feed products.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our cattle feed products, their benefits, and their suitability for various livestock types.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and closing sales.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through market research, cold-calling, and other lead generation strategies.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the agricultural or cattle feed industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge of cattle feed products and their applications is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency In MS Excel.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
