Roles and Responsibilities:
? Liaise with managers to determine training needs
? Support and train new Counsellors on company processes
? Schedule training sessions for all Counsellors and follow up to attend
? Assesse Counsellors performance on periodical basis and report to management
? Train Counsellors based on the assessment conducted
? Handle Counsellors queries and provide solutions
? Manage Student Kit stock and Reconcile stock regularly
? Process the Student Kit orders on time and reconciles the payment
? Achieve set target on periodical basis and submit report to management as per the requirement
? Proven experience in Counselling Students for career guidance
? Excellent communication skill (Written & Oral)
