JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                                     

• To Design and Develop Systems, Sub-Systems & New features for Construction Equipment
• Participate in Product Development activities along with LTCEL.
• Participate in Product Testing activities at LTCEL.
• Cost Reduction activities through Value Engineering. Workout Counter measures for field issues 

Areas of Exposure / Work Background:                                                                                                      

• Design & Development of Mechanical Engineering systems including Linkages, Kinematics, Structures and Hydraulic System of mobile equipment. Selection of prime mover , drive train and Hydraulic Systems for mobile equipment                                                                
• Knowledge of CAD, Project Management, Failure Analysis/ counter measures, DFMEA, DFM & other design tools. Experience in FEA of structures and heat flow will be an added advantage.
