Role description

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand product configuration requirements

Utilize lowcodenocode platform to customize and configure products according to client specifications

Perform system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and functionality of configured products

Stay updated on the latest features and updates platform to leverage new functionalities

Provide technical support for configured products and collaborate with crossfunctional teams as needed

Participate in training sessions to educate endusers on the configured products

Requirements

Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years is required

Proven experience in configuring products using the lowcodenocode platform

Indepth knowledge of insurance processes and workflows is highly desirable

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements

Familiarity with lowcodenocode development methodologies

Prior experience in the insurance domain is a plus
