Role Summary

• This role is responsible for end to end coordination and conducting of all training programs especially technical trainings, organizing organization level events.
• He/she would support T&D head in identifying training needs and mapping out development plans for employees.
• The incumbent needs to have experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs and e-learning.
• Experience with different projects, like management training and soft-skills development, is also essential.
• We require someone who is passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management are equally essential.

  Job Requirements

  Educational Qualification: Graduate (Preferably B.Tech) with MBA in HR with strong business acumen.
  Degree/certification in Learning & Development is a plus. Relevant Experience 2-4 Years of work experience in T&D, preferably in real estate sector
