"Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities (What do you want this job to do?)" : Identifying the potential client (number and names), propose a plan / strategy for conversion and implement the plan, As 2nd level escalation point, responsible for reviewing and addressing customer issues on time, every time. Responsible for Program Design and structure which includes quote negotiation. Customer retention and enhancing and generating new customers. Monthly reviews with customer and report sending to customer. Escalation management, Endorsement collection, Generate more sales from current clients, Obtain quarterly feedback from Selected clients, share details with stakeholders, Responsible for tracking service delivery, Responsible for Enrolment Campaign
Other Duties and Responsibilities : As and when assigned by the reporting manager
Salary (In training period) :  120000/- per annum plus variables
