Job Description

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Real estate sales managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sale of real property.
  • commonly work with a team of agents to ensure that each one is performing their job effectively and in accordance with company standards.
  • sales managers may also be tasked with developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing leadership and guidance to other members of the organization.

 Responsibility

  • Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in order to develop new business opportunities
  • Negotiating contracts with sellers to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement
  • Identifying opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings
  • Coordinating with other members of the team to prepare for events such as open houses or new home launches
  • Presenting offers to sellers on behalf of clients in order to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale
  • Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area
