Enterprise Sales/Corporate Sales/ B2C We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our IT sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will drive revenue growth, build customer relationships, and increase market share. This position will oversee a team of sales professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential enterprise clients in various industries who can benefit from our hardware and network solutions. Use market research and industry knowledge to create a strategic prospecting plan.

2. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within the target organizations. Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points to effectively position our hardware and network solutions.

3. Solution Presentation: Present our hardware and network products and services to clients in a compelling and tailored manner, highlighting their features, benefits, and alignment with client requirements.

4. Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative solutions that address the unique needs and challenges of each client. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions proposed align with client expectations and technical feasibility.

5. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and quotations that outline the recommended hardware and network solutions, pricing, and terms. Address client inquiries and concerns effectively, demonstrating a deep understanding of the proposed solutions.
