Job DescriptionJob Description

1. Lead Management & Conversion. The sales executive will have to nurture the leads and handhold them up until they sign with us. They will learn and use our in house lead management software.
2. Process Driven Approach: The sales executives will have to follow our system driven approach. Willingness to learn the same and become a seamless part of it is vital.
3. Own their Role: The sales executives are welcome to experiment in their method of adapting to the process being coached. They will need to own their respective sales cycles.
4. Coordinating with potential customers and arranging site visits, sharing materials information.
5. Assisting in closure.
6. Participate in weekly review meetings
