The primary role of the Executive is to carry out a wide range of motorcycle exchanges within a
given timeline after inspecting the documents and vehicle itself.
● He / She should build and maintain a healthy relationship between the Showroom
representatives and the Customers they interact with.
● Ensure that the exchanged vehicles are inspected thoroughly after taking a test ride
● Ensure that the documentation collected from Clients are properly examined and handed over to
the warehouse Admin
● Monthly targets need to be broken down to per day exchanges, which need to be fulfilled
● All Walk-in Lead’s Data should be captured and submitted to the respective managers by EOD
● To educate and nurture the relationship between themselves and the Showroom staff so that
Competition is eliminated
● To make sure that their training is attended and utilised to the fullest
● Has to attend to the Marketing Activities that have been assigned to drive sales
● Has to continuously be updated with new Sales tools
● Report sales and training numbers through the tools given by the Company
