Job Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Relationship Managers (RM) to join our growing team. The role focuses on Sales and Business Development of Non-Life Insurance products through POS and a certified IRDA agents network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of non-life insurance products through field activities.

• Build and manage a high-performing network of POS and IRDA-certified agents.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.

• Achieve business targets through effective lead generation and conversion.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in BFSI, FMCG, FMCD, Telecom Mobile, Cement, Lubricants, or Pharma industries.

• Education: Graduate (Mandatory); MBA preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead a team of agents.
