As a Relationship Manager at Herbayu Wellness India Private Limited, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, educating them about our healthcare products and services, and generating interest in our offerings. Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce them to Herbayu's healthcare products and services.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Herbayu's product line, including their benefits and how they can help manage diabetes and improve overall health.

3. Customer Education: Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers about the benefits of our products and how they can support their health and well-being.

4. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up.

5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with customers. Please address their questions and concerns professionally and promptly.

6. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, sending product information, and ensuring a smooth transition of leads.

7. Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

- Empathetic and patient when dealing with customer inquiries.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
