Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Ownership of targets
  • Ensure productivity of the FST – Filed Sales team
  • Work with other RTL’s to set and sharpen strategy on achieving targets (RTL – Regional Team Lead)
  • Set, and monitor the team targets
  • Work with other RTL’s to ensure that total targets are met
  • Plan forward on both Supply and Demand necessary to achieve targets
  • Report on a quarterly, monthly and daily basis progress against targets
  • Build and nurture relationship with key buyers in their regions
  • Work with the broader team to resolve buyer complaints.

Candidates with experience in Kitchenware, Home Appliances, AC, IT Support Products only are preferred.
