Job Description:

Role Overview: Feathers Innovation Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and

dynamic individual to join our team as a Franchise Head. In this role, you will

lead the expansion of our franchise network, overseeing all aspects of

franchise development, management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Development:

• Lead the development and execution of franchise expansion

strategies in alignment with company objectives.

• Identify potential franchise partners and conduct thorough

evaluations to ensure alignment with brand values and goals.

• Negotiate franchise agreements and oversee the onboarding

process for new franchisees.

2. Franchise Operations Management:

• Provide guidance and support to franchisees to ensure

compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and

performance targets.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments of franchise operations to

identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

as necessary.

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills

and capabilities of franchisees and their teams.

3. Relationship Management:

• Foster strong relationships with franchise partners, serving as the

primary point of contact for all franchise-related inquiries and concems.

• Address franchisee issues and disputes promptly and effectively,

striving to maintain positive and collaborative relationships.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between corporate

headquarters and franchisees to drive mutual success.

4. Market Expansion:

• Identify opportunities for franchise expansion in new markets,

both domestically and internationally, through market research

and analysis.

• Develop market entry strategies and evaluate potential risks and

opportunities associated with franchise expansion initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

MBA preferred.

• 17+ years of experience in franchise development and management,

with a proven track record of success in expanding franchise networks.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and

motivate teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify

opportunities, and develop effective strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of franchise regulations and legal requirements.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
