End to End Recruitment: -
1. Understand client requirements.
2. Sourcing suitable resumes as per the client from various sources like job portals, referrals, social media, etc.
3. Shortlisting resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and evaluating candidates for fitments.
4. Sending resumes to the team lead for further approval
5. Scheduling telephonic or in-person interviews and negotiating offers
6. Follow up with candidates to make sure they join and do not leave before the guarantee period.
