Job description

We are looking for a receptionist given below is the job role: -.

Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills, Supply Management

Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

Tidy and maintain the reception area : .

Managing all other responsibilities of front desk and receptionist role

  • Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Need to Assist HR Head for the activities & Admin work
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events
  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handling enquiries and sorting mail
  • Copying, scanning and filing documents
  • Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements
  • Taking care of the office premises, take rounds of the office for the observations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
