Job Description
Effective Implementation of Quality Management System. (R) Ensuring that Quality System is established implemented and maintained in accordance with applicable ISO/TS 16949:2009 standard without design responsibility & service provision. (R & A) Reporting on the performance of the Quality System to the management for review & as an improvement of the Quality System. (R & A) Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the company (R&A) Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the QMS. (R) Preparation o the Quality Manual, Operating Process, Process module, & Formats / Checklist. (R) Ensure that the Quality objective are defined at various levels & are monitored. (R & A) Ensure the Management review meetings are conducted as per the schedule. And report of the performance will be informed to all the Proprietor s. (R & A) Preparation of Annual Internal audit plans & schedule for the Internal/Safety audits. (R & A) Arrange the external faculty for the training of the internal auditor. (R) Ensure the timely closure of the N.C. occurred during the audit/Customer complaints / N.C. observed during the customer audit. (R & A) To take decision on faculty for training. (A) To assign the work to Respective head/ supervisor related to QMS. (A) To make recommendations for training. (A) To make recommendations for improvements in IATF 16949 2016 implementations. (A) To plan and execute continuous improvement with reference to KPI. (A) To plan and delegate responsibilities and authority to concerned Supervisor. (A) Stop Production in case product process NC is reported. (A) Take necessary action on occurrence of NC. (A) Approval of the Purchase order for the External Provider. (A) To delegate the responsibility and authority. (A) Approval of PPAP documents. (A) Finalization of organization structure. (A) Finalization of plant layout, process flow, selection pf machines and equipment and personnel (A) Ensure sampling plan is available at the point. (R) Ensure that the inspection as per the final product quality plan. (R) To motivate and train the entire shift in charge, supervisors & operator. (R) To stop production in case of any non conformance is detected in the product or the process (A) Analysis of all types of product/process nonconformities, corrective and preventive action and follow up for improvement projects. (R & A) Ensure the corrective action and carry out re inspection. (A) Prepare list of Instruments & History card. (R) Calibrate the instruments as per the defined frequency from NABL lab. (R) Ensure Identify the material with the dispatch tag. (A) Keep the rejected material in the rejection area. (A) Analysis of the customer complaints & customer return. (R) Take appropriate corrective action for all the complaints & rejections. (R & A) Prepare the Raw Material Quality plan & offloaded quality plan. (R) Ensure the External Provider T.C. / Inspection report (i.e. PDIR) & Delivery challan are verified by QA. (R) Prepare the sampling plan. (R) To release the product to customer. (A)
