Purchase Order Management, Raising Purchase orders,Clearing variations in receipt quantities as per GRN & PO,Petty cash Purchase,Record Maintaining & additional P.O generation,Correspondence & Co-ordination,Provide rates for material against Debit Notes as per the Incident Report  for damaged & theft . Receive approved  weekly / monthly / quarterly purchase plan as per planning  ,consider 3 tier system based on material & categories and raise purchase order  within 3 days.  of material.
