Job Position: Property Manager / Project Manager
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of property-related projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Vendor Management:
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements for property services.
Fit-Outs:
• Coordinate and manage fit-out projects as required.
• Ensure the property meets design and quality standards.
Data Management:
• Maintain accurate and organized records related to property management.
Hospitality and General Management Experience:
• Leverage hospitality and general management experience to enhance property operations.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, vendor management, and fit-outs.
• Background in the hospitality industry and general management is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Property Manager is required.
• Strong data management skills.
