Operations:

Production:

• Supervise the production process.
• Ensure that production plans are completed by a certain time.
• Scheduling of the required work, providing necessary instructions to manufacturing departments & checking the production progress.
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Evaluate the conditions of production equipment.
• Contact appropriate sources for repair issues.
• Maintaining the monthly production plan sheet 
• Filling the raw material requirement slips
• Filling the semi-finished requirement slip and giving to store person

Outsourcing Material:

Maintaining the records of material send out of company for processing (i.e sand basting, electro-polishing)
