Job description: -
· Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis and issue resolution skill
· Good knowledge of ITIL and Development processes
· Good Technical Skills, SQL, Windows Server, SQL Server, Application Support, Jira (equivalent), SNOW (equivalent) to start with and would share a more conclusive view as we understand more about the application landscape.
· Good co-ordination and communication Skills.
· Basic Trouble Shooting of ticket/alert logged using Solution from Knowledge base
· Monitoring of Alerts.
· Perform preventive maintenance and health checks
· Setup alerts, Modify alerts
· Update Knowledge Articles, SOP
