Should have experience teaching to School students
Should have experience teaching to Pre Primary Section students (Nursery, Jr Kg and Sr Kg)

Should be creative in making teaching aids
Should have innovative way of teaching
Understanding basic needs of every child
Should plan classes based on experiential learning
Should have completed Montessori Teaching Course
