Job Title          :  An Executive Assistant

Department   :  Business Development

Location          : Noida, Sector-48

Salary               : As per qualification and experience

Bachelor’s Degree-Any

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with teams.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele Performing office duties.
  • Opening, sorting and distributing emails and other correspondence
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees and clients

Experience: -

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

 

Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Actively appreciates and includes the diverse capabilities, insights, and ideas of others and working effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
