ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling Customer Services related calls.
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries.
  • To maintain customer data & update the Team Leader
  • Responsible to handle the incoming and outgoing calls,
  • Responsible for ensuring customer delight, maintaining good rapport with Caller
  • Participating in various surveys like customer satisfaction, proficiency levels at the centers, etc

 

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using call center software and customer relationship management (CRM)tools
  • Strong problem – solving abilities and attention
  • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when with patients/caller
